You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, renewing or increasing the customer portfolio by implementing the right strategy to achieve your objectives:

  • You will identify the opportunities in your market
  • You will develop the response strategy for each deal
  • You will be a driving force in sourcing from public players
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures (AO/MAPA)
  • You analyse the specifications from a legal and technical point of view and ensure that they are feasible, in conjunction with the various departments of the company
  • You create a favourable business climate during the tender response phase
  • You develop a tailor-made response, from the formation of the administrative file to the drafting of the technical brief, in compliance with internal processes
  • You propose and validate pricing with your hierarchy while respecting the profitability level established by the Sales Department
  • You will be involved throughout the life of the contract and will be the main contact for our public clients

In order to carry out your mission successfully, you will not be alone! You will be in constant communication with your colleagues in the Sales and Operations departments (Customers Solution Engineer, ESG Consultant, etc.)

Profile description

Qualities and skills :

  • Graduate of a business school, engineering school or equivalent (Bac +4/5)
  • You have at least 2 years experience in BtoB, ideally in a public procurement context
  • You will have a good understanding of all or part of the following areas of expertise: the energy market, structuring of electricity and gas supply contracts, building engineering, heating or metering equipment
  • A culture of writing
  • Ability to address all types of interlocutors, technicians, executives and managers of public players, elected officials
  • Your organisational skills combined with your rigour will enable you to carry out your mission successfully

Nice to have skills:

  • Regulatory energy context: regulatory energy audits, tertiary decree, RE2020, CEE, DPE, CPE, maintenance contracts....
  • Control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, BMS
  • Interest in technical environments (SaaS software)
  • Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
  • Use of a CRM (salesforce)
