Deepki is looking for a talented SDR Manager to lead, develop, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic SDR team members across our European offices and own a significant part of the funnel. We are on pace to double in size in 2022 and need an increased flow of qualified leads for our international sales teams (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France). The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective customers and is key to the success of Deepki.


  • Own a significant part of the funnel and drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities
  • Hire, coach and manage a team of Sales Development Reps across Europe
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Be a role model and roll-up your sleeves to develop Deepki’s customer portfolio
  • Motivate team members through creative initiatives
  • Work in partnership with the Revenue Ops team to understand how our inbound & outbound activities turn into customers, and continually refine our processes to convert prospects
  • Regularly report on team & individual results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Assist regional sales managers as needed
  • Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends & Best-practices in your field

Profile description

Requirements :

  • Passion for the environmental transition

  • Previous experience in SDR / BDR or Inside Sales and team lead / management
  • You have a track record of driving results
  • You’re hardworking and goal-oriented

  • Proficient in Salesforce & marketing / sales automation + web related tools
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing many initiatives together
  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent people management skills – Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite
  • English proficiency 
  • 4 + years of experience, working in International Enterprise SaaS / Software environments


Bonus :

  • Experience in Real Estate and / or ESG
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments
