You will be responsible for supporting the company in its growth strategy while managing all aspects of HR in an operational manner

Reporting to the founders, your missions will focus on 3 areas :

Human Resources development 

Managing recruitment and integration
Annual appraisal interviews
Remuneration policy
Management and deployment of HR development projects
You will be responsible for the application of labour law in French and foreign subsidiaries (labour law, collective agreements, branch agreements, etc.)
Cross-functional projects
Management of the HR team - 5 people (to date). The HR Director leads the HR team which supports managers and teams on all HR issues.
Personnel Administration

Management of the life of the employment contract

Career and talent management
Social relations and social legal affairs

Follow-up of legal obligations

Ensuring meetings with the CSE
Supporting strategic and operational developments
More generally, providing advice and support to operational staff (labour law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, ESC management, etc.) and assisting them in their HR-related decisions

Profil recherché

Excellent interpersonal skills, organised, rigorous, service-minded and always looking for ways to improve

Generalist HRD with significant experience (around 10 years) of leading major transformation projects acquired in an international and multi-site group

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
