The position

Deepki is looking for a talented Head of Presales who thrives on the field supporting with the technical pitch to prospects and customers, along with the capability to influence and empower their fellow sales team mates. We are on pace to double in size in 2022 and this is an opportunity to build a presales team and practice. This diverse role is a mixture of both team management and supporting massive enterprise level customers and prospects.


  • Build and run a presales team leveraging your past experience to build it right the first time
  • Partner with sales representatives and act as a technical consultant to take open deals over the finish line
  • Research and explore existing technical challenges with prospective customers and creatively find solutions to those challenges that our solutions can solve
  • Facilitate demos of the technical aspects of our product in ongoing deals
  • Create processes and collateral to help your team and stakeholders
  • Improve processes and eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally in order to get deals across the line
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Consultants, Product Management and Engineering and exercise sound judgement to achieve business objectives

Requirements :

  • Passion for the environmental transition

  • High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
  • Have built and managed a successful presales team from the ground up
  • Comfortable and thrive on engaging with enterprise C-level executives
  • Demonstrable experience of empowering the sales team
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • You’re hardworking and goal-oriented
  • You have a tireless positive attitude
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing many initiatives together
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Software and SaaS technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent people management skills – Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite
  • 8 + years of presales experience
