As key member of the new HRIS team and under the supervision of the IT Leader for HR, communication and Legal applications, you will oversee and manage data automation processes from an IT standpoint ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of data solutions to support our processes and initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business and IT teams to identify and implement enhancements, streamline processes and drive data integrity across the IT ecosystem. You will also serve as the subject matter expert on Data technology advancements and best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. You will oversee and manage the internal and external stakeholders needed for maintenance or projects.
You must have a proven track record of successfully leading HR, communication, Legal or Travel and Leasure data projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
