As key member of the new HRIS team and under the supervision of the IT Leader for HR, communication and Legal applications, you will oversee and manage data automation processes from an IT standpoint ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of data solutions to support our processes and initiatives. 
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business and IT teams to identify and implement enhancements, streamline processes and drive data integrity across the IT ecosystem. You will also serve as the subject matter expert on Data technology advancements and best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. You will oversee and manage the internal and external stakeholders needed for maintenance or projects.
You must have a proven track record of successfully leading HR, communication, Legal or Travel and Leasure data projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data automation processes to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
  • Design and build data transformation workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain and update data integration tools and systems to optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data automation issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct data quality checks and implement data governance and security measures.
  • Provide end-user support and training on data automation and transformation tools.

 

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data automation and transformation, specifically in an HR context.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and platforms, such as SQL Server Integration Services or Informatica.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data, like employee records, payroll, and benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
